In our lives there may be many times when we reach difficult areas or edges, when we face challenges, losses, and transitions that can be hard to deal with. Some situations and/or emotions may also resonate with other difficulties from other parts of our lives.

At these times, we can feel overwhelmed, lost and alone. We may, or we may not, have well­meaning family and/or friends to support us.

Therapy can provide a safe, boundaried space in which to explore feelings and issues in a contained and creative way. Through talking, thinking, feeling and possibly using art materials to create and express, it is possible to come to new perspectives that can be liberating and helpful.
